The court has dismissed Adobes plea for not going to court. The lawsuit against Adobe will happen and the court has issued a schedule which you can see here.
For the lawsuit to proceed successfully, we need to provide the court with a record of all FFH members who are participating in the suit against Adobe. It is critical that your name is added to the list if you have already signed up with your email.
